Come find out how much fun you can have being an advocate for the Earth It's the annual Faith in Place Goes to Springfield Day! Join Brian, Veronica, Abby, and Erika, as well as folks from Sierra Club, Protestants for the Common Good and other Illinois environmental policy groups at the Capitol. We're particularly focused this year on the RENEW solar provisions. Fact sheets (which we borrowed from our friends at the Sierra Club) explain the House and Senate versions of the collection of bills designed to make the photovoltaic market pick up in Illinois are below. Can't get to Springfield with us? Use this document to make postcards, have your congregation members sign them, and get them to us before March 9 and we'll deliver them for you! We'll also be helping to arrange in-district meetings locally for more deliveries after Springfield Day.
