“The Lord upholds all who are falling, and raises up all who are bowed down. The eyes of all look to you, and you give them their food in due season. You open your hand, satisfying the desire of every living thing.” ~Psalm 145:14-16

For most of us, the new year is rung in at midnight on January 1st. For some of us, however, the new year starts when the clock reads 00:00 at the end of the Super Bowl’s fourth quarter (or, sometimes, when that last pesky touchdown is scored in overtime). For those people, welcome to the first weekend of the 2013-2014 season! You may have to wait a couple of months to get back to the game, but fear not – curling season WILL give way to baseball season, and baseball season WILL give way to football season. The cycles of life stop for no one, relentlessly circling onward.
While you ride that cycle, come join us in supporting locally grown goods all winter long. There will be cheese, meat and poultry, soap, syrup, honey, wool, raw fibers, vinegars, dried fruits, milled flours, sauces and salsas, preserves, cider, and fresh produce as available.
We hope to see you there Saturday, February 9th from 9am-1pm at Plainfield United Methodist Church!
